Today, we’re thrilled to announce Verifiable’s recognition as one of Newsweek’s 2025 Greatest Startup Workplaces, which spotlights exceptional companies across the U.S. that have created dynamic, supportive, and rewarding environments for their employees.
“Fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and empowerment has been a core tenet since Verifiable’s founding. It’s amazing to see this reflected not only in the company’s rapid growth but also in the day-to-day experiences of our team. I believe this trust-based ethos was further solidified by our commitment to remote work – especially as many of our industry peers began bringing folks back to the office in the years after 2020. We’re proud to showcase a remote-first culture that gives our team the autonomy they need to thrive in work and life.” – Amy Hochstetler, Head of HR
To select its honorees, Newsweek analyzed an initial pool of 20,000 organizations based on 20 key performance indicators designed to evaluate employees’ experiences and the company’s growth. These metrics reflect employee satisfaction, operational growth, client engagement, investor confidence, and the startup's future expansion plans. These companies were selected from an initial pool of 20,000 based on criteria such as employee count, funds raised, revenue segment, headquarters location, startup characteristics, and founding year.
“We’ve been intentional about building a remote culture for the right reasons. We tend to hire people who are very self-motivated and who have enough business perspective to make strategic decisions about where they put their time and expertise. Leadership here is transparent about our company goals and trusts the team to do great work that drives those goals forward. I know that makes me feel valued and motivated, and I believe our team feels similarly.” – Megan Nowak, Lead Recruiter
